Ok so you havnt uploaded yours properly then, is the image from your PC? are you doing it as I said? I.E. going to your user CP >> edit avatar >> upload from computer and hitting browse to choose it?

ok so when you go to user cp and then edit avatar, down the menu on the left hand side it takes you onto a page where you are seeing the save changes and the other button at the bottom rite?
