Saw a camel on a ranch about 60 miles from my place...wonder what the horses think about him, seems to be by himself most of the time I see him. Certainly an odd sight in NW Montana.

i went on camel ride in saudi when i went to umrah abt 5 years ago, boy was i scared. i thought i was gonna fall off. but it was fun all da same :D

Camels are soooooooo cute. I love their eyelashes, and they always seem so tranquil, except when they are making their grunting noises. Im thinking about starting a camel collection, and i already have this itsy bitsy alabaster camel and its soooo cute. But nothing can top the living breathing ones. I went to the birqash camel market and there i got to see lots and lots of camels. When i get back to the states someday i am thinking about starting a camel petting zoo! Of course it would only have baby camels because they are so cute. Did you know that camels are born without humps? Their humps grow as fat gets stored!!! And they have 7 layers of eyelashes (i think) because of the sand!!!!!! Allah thinks of all things!!!!!!!!!!!!!
