If a woman U gonna marry answered when asked if she'll start wearing scarf and kaftan(jilbab i think its called?) that she'll try scarf first, if one insists that while she goes uni she has to wear scarf and kaftan do you think she'll mind/get cross/refuse if i give a justifiable reason?

like scribble says it depends on the girl...
although u shud probably explain to her why.. as in whats the islamic reasons for covering etc so that she understands rather than just cos u said so, which is approaching it a little bit in a childish way like when dad says to his daughter "u have to wear hijab to school" and then they take it off in the school bus...
if she will start with scarf first, and is more comfy like that... then insha allah encourage her. she might find it too much of a step to go from nothing to full proper hijab in one day, so just try to gently encourage her.. and also i think dont make it that she has to wear it just for uni, if u try to encourage her to do it cant u make it consistant so she will wear it at all the right times? it will be more sensible..

It is for islamic reasons and id like her to wear it full time,as you said let her comfortably get into full hijab without feeling that as a burden not only for me but for ALLAH, but when she goes uni she'll have no one with her and well i fear something may happen if she doesnt dress moderately-community i live in is shall we say dangerous. And also my thinking is that if she gets used to wearing full hijab in uni among so many people she'll get used to wearing it and all times when it is needed..? Or if i outline the importance in islam of wearing full hijab and leave her to decide sooner or later would it be a better approach? "Adayuth"(not sure) are referred to the men who dont properly look after those under them so will i be under that heading if she doesn't immediately go into full hijab? And will she get punishment if she doesnt go into full hijab imm(it should be noted that her intention is to go into full hijab).

Just to clarify: The scarf is compulsory.
Is the cloak particularly compulsory/or is moderate dressing(loose fitting,long sleeves) k?
And the parda(face covering) they is a diff of opinion among the ulama?
