ASSALAM ALAIKUM


actually i wanted to compete :D

we muslims read quran ALHAMDULILLAH..

so i really wanted to compete with my brothers and sisters in reading quran.. as we use to do before when i was small.. so i do want to compete in it now...

if any 1 want to join so please post..

please post today who want to do competition and write your agreement of joining..
rules:
1: the whole holy quran should be completed with in 6 days of march.

2: no cheating and no lying.(ALLAH is watching)

3: competers should post and tell in which surah or juz they are ,in 6 days

4: competer who finish the whole holy quran first should immediately post in this thread.

5: this competition is to make our iman more strong and to make other muslim enthusiastic in reading quran.



so this competition will be start from 19 march to 24 march 2008..

so how does it work do i have to write down how much i have read i want to participate wheres the argeement confused.com :(

This is not a good idea! A muslim should read the Quran with the purpose of learning the deen and not for the purpose of competing who finishes first!

Umar RA said we used to read 10 verses of the Quran then move on only if we understand their meanings!

So, don't compete in the basis of who reads faster! :)

you have to post how much you have read...

and its up to you to write about it in any days with in 6 days....
