I don't think you can start a sentence or statement with "anna", although u have "al 3arabiyya" at the front, this is like to specify ur topic or theme then ur phrase is what u are saying indeed it is a beautiful language.
so with anna if something came infront of it such as "he said that Arabic is a beautiful language." then u can put: al 3arabiyyatu qaala annahaa lughatun jameela

I'm sure we covered this one somewhere.. because in ramadan we were doing this surah for uqp and i had the question about why its khaamisatu here and for the woman khaamisata, so we went thru the grammar of some of this..
anyway here the meaning "anna" its "that" it doesn't mean the same as inna, which is more of an "indeed" when u put the meaning to english, can see that anna makes more sense

I wanted to know if the arabic lessons are still going on....I have noticed that there havent been much activity in this part of the forum for a while... so im just wondering if the lessons are still going on cos i would like to participate...

yeah they are still going, if u start them i will mark it and everything insha allah. i just havent prepared much more new lessons, but i dont think anyone so far completed all what is available there anyway. if someone did insha allah i wd probably put more priority to make a few more.
