Its stupid and sad,

because when my mum wasn't here...(shes only just come Pakistan now) I never useto miss my salaah ever..never even thought of doing it..and it was really a big thing for me. Now that my mum and my brother and sister are here..everythings gone messed up.Iv'e realised ive gone into all the wordly things. Because i am getting married on the 29th as ive mentioned alot of times its brought me into all this worldliness. For eg ..Fashion,makeup,clothes. I know...its bad i didnt expect it.






Worst of all... IM MISSING MY SALAAH'S.:shock::crying: :torture:I dont know why its like..If i miss...say Asr...I wont read the remaining salaa's for some reason its in my head that theres no point. When there is but i duno.
I useto do veil infront of my Hasband's brothers...and because i know that ive got clothes sewn..and im guna go there after ive got married...there guna see me there anyway..Ive stopped covering my face infront of them aswell Im so messed up *sighs*

i must say that i can relate to what you're saying about the salah but i would never miss them...enshallah i think you should rememeber that there are also different rewards that we get from salaah not just strictly reward of the nafs..reading namaz is also good light excercise :o and helps us focus our minds. it allows us to take out time to sit and do tasbeeh and praise allah swt. (and pray for happy married lives ;) )

because you are getting married and that enshallah dont blame yourself for the fact hat you are very busy and that and you must be feeling quite exciting and that...ofcourse that is no reason to miss your prayers but enshallah ust think that it is arite to be involved in the wordly things i mean your getting married...:hidban:

enshallah people do tend to spend a lot of time and money at times like this and it isnt something you are going to be doing every day ...and even more importantly you are aware of i as well which is excellant...:love:

covering is an important part of the deen and i think you should try and start covering again in front of your non-mahrems...

Think of it like this sis: Ur getting MARRIED. That's one of the most important part of your life right? So wouldn't you want to be as close to Allah as possible, especially at a time like this? Or do u want shaytaan there to mess things up for u?

Allah (swt) says:

And establish regular prayers at the two ends of the day and at the approaches of the night: For those things, that are good remove those that are evil: Be that the word of remembrance to those who remember

And the Prophet :saw: said: "Ittaqillaha haithu maa kunt. Wa atbi'i al-sayyi'atil hasanatu tamhuhaa. Wa khaaliqi al-naasa bi khulqin hasan" - "Fear Allah wherever you are, and follow up a bad deed with a good one and it will wipe it out, and behave well towards people."

Many Muslims including Imams, Shiekhs have missed prayers, we are only human, but the main thing is never to give up hope on Allah, because He is always waiting for you to ask His forgiveness and better yourself, always make up missed prayers has they are a debt to Allah, every single one of us owe Allah, and after you have prayed the missed one, fear Allah and remember no matter what in this life, we on our own will be judged on the Day of Judgement, we cant blame anyone but ourselves.

I've also said this as well in a few of my talks, think of life as you have one day left to live, what do you want to do? mess about in this life, or please Allah? do you want to waste time doing something that wont benefit you or please Allah?

Think of it though we dont know when we will die, but! this could be your last day, what do you really want to do? and how are you going to act upon it?
