My MP4 player which i brought a few days ago is frozen

The screen is frozen i.e it won't shut down or switch tracks.

Just lifeless.

I shook it (lightly) felt like some criminal and then left it :crying:

I'm kinda wait for it to die so i can charge it and maybe that might do the trick,

Yet i feel bad cuz whilst i'm working, my MP4 upstairs is dying.- it's battery life slowly withering away.

Is there anything i can do?

Should i dismantle it? :badguy:

:insha: that's what i was planning to do, i tried to charge it whilst the screen was still lifeless but it wouldn't recognise it.

I think there's a malfunction.

I know there is a process you can go through with ipods to reset them when they are frozen, happened to me one time.

Depending on your model, you might want to check to see if there is a way to reset your machine. You might want to search forums specific to the make of your player.

Alhamdulilah it works, i just let the battery die and then recharged it :)

try pressing the reset button on the back if there is one

Well, Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajioon. Did you try CPR? I think you had taken it to emergency often you can revive them, but I suppose its too late. I hope he said shahada before passing away. I'm sure he'll be missed. Whens the Janaza?
