when i play the radio on this site

On winamp.. It keeps on stopping and buffering,Why does it keep on doing that and is there any way it can be solved?

I have noticed that my frankenputer does this from time to time but usually only when I have a memory hog window open like itunes or something flash based. If the memory available is insufficient then it's possible that this could be the problem too
