i don't remember much from my A Level
but it's a social constructed concept i believe?
if it was durkheim i think he was a functionalist?
funcs believe everything in society is there for a positive purpose.. so they must believe it's a positive concept

I don't think its got to do with Durkheim :$
It draws on psychology, sociology and linguistics.

That's the point of this thread - what aspects of social constructionism are worth writing about. Then I will do my own research. I am not asking anyone to do my work for me.
Someone on this forum had mentioned this theoretical perspective before, which is why I asked in the first place.
