the sentence is.......... I saw a man on the hill with a telescope...

who can tell me how many meanings there are to it and show it via the same sentence if u know what i mean...

2) could mean that u saw thru a telescope

This means that you cant enter a building without cigarettes being extuingished hence you cant enter a building if you dont smoke.. if you know what i mean
