“Emaan and living in fear”
Ever since that month, I live in fear
Everyday I ask Allah to keep me near
Surely, without Him I will lose
My treasure, my Emaan
My dependence is on Him alone
Repentance is a key that must be known
For if it’s practiced, Paradise awaits you
Allah will forgive sins, replace them with good
Remember Him when you forget
And know the struggle never ends
The Qura’an is a light
To guides Muslims in every fight
So memorize it my brother, for tomorrow may never come
Don’t wait for a day or a month as I did
Ask Allah today, and be greedy
Remembering helps, for we are the needy
Learn about aqeedah, for it will make you like a wall
When the Shaytan comes to blow you down, you won’t fall
Ever since that first day of Ramandan, I live in fear
Allah taught me how to ask and made me near
He said “ask, and you shall be given”
If you don’t ask, then don’t expect to be forgiven
Allah is the Merciful, but He is also the Justice
Race to do good like there is no tomorrow
If you don’t, then you will only feel sorrow
Your chest and grave will also be narrow
This is not a story, but a reality
---------------
**any constructive criticism will help me write better poetry, I seek no money in what I write, so whatever you say will only help me write better.
-Tell me if it’s missing something…
-Has too many things…
-Not focused…
-Needs improvement in…
-Etc.
