I used to have some, I think I had al-fatih, muslim scouts, and salaams journey. they were really cute masha Allah. I think we need more islamic cartoons for our children.
Peace
wa alaykum salaam warahmatullah
we bought al fateh on ebay...
there's also the boy and the king [which contains some music and one of the nasheeds has a guitar strung in the background]
one of my favorites is the lion of ain jaloot... mashAllah my kids love this one, about the mujahid khalif saifuddin qutuz that defended jersualem and it shows the children the bravery of the muslims and the evil of the crusaders. my kids loved it... i really recommend this... i also got this off ebay
there is also 1islam productions 'we remember Allah' ... teaches all the adiyah for young kids, v nice animation,
muslim scouts 1 & 2 were v cute. salaams journey had too much music.
and also the whole adams world series... good investment for your kids. we bought all of the above for our kids.
i had seen them on google but most seem to have been taken down. i think the best option is to purchase them...
here are some free downloads:

at home i only let them watch islamic animations, this way they enjoy themselves and learn Islam aswell.
