well normally they have 2 papers,
wat usually comes in paper 1 and paper 2?
(for maths, bio and chem)

i dont remember bio and chem having 2 papers but maths does, calculator and non-calculator paper.....if thats what ur on about.....

GCSEs,Chem and Bio..
Paper one is usually the material that's on the double science syllabus..And paper two is the extra extention material that comes with single science syllabi

but if ure doing the sciences... it really depends on the specifications...
if ure doing the new ones: gateway science or 20th century... or maybe even the old ones as mentioned above

oh maybe in the GCSE you do one paper, but IGCSE there is 2 papers :S double award

IGCSE Science? Or Biology, Chemistry and Physics separate? Cuz if it's the latter, I remember with CIE I had 4 papers, which I think they later reduced to 3. Don't remember anything about it being reduced to two though...and my sister is sitting them.

i have to set a fisrt paper for all 3, and i pick 2 other papers (physics, chemistry or biology)
