Oxidation..QUICKHELP!

Quick question,when Iodine is oxidised,what colour does the solution go?
I know that when Bromine is oxidised,you see "brown"...But Iodine?

Oxidised mean loses an electron therefore it changes from brown to purple and Allah (SWT) knows best!
