Grill or Oven or both?

I am in a predicament. I don't know whether to buy a grill or an oven. Some stores here sell grill ovens (i.e. ovens with a grill function), but I don't know if they are any good. Does anyone here own one? If so, how is it?

If I were to buy a grill, the foods that I can cook with it are going to be limited-only meat stuff. However, if I were to buy an oven, I can make many things. And if the oven comes with a grill function, that's even better!

What do you recommend?

but if u cant get both, then i think oven is better because u can still make everything except toast, in an oven that u would make under the grill. u just need to brush it with a little oil to get the same effect as cooking under the grill insha Allah.

a grill is good for fast quick things and a oven is good for things that take longer.... like meats etc

No, ideally you want a barbeque to do that, but if you only want oven or grill then grill will give better results if you want something that is similar to BBQ.

I'd suggest you buy both. I love barbecuing. We have a barbecue party on every Friday during winter. It's like a family tradition.

You can get a close BBQ effect with a Grill. Not perfect but good enough.

If you're going for an Electric oven make sure it is fan assisted.
