iPod problems plz help!

Assalamu alaikum

why is that when i put some Qur'an on my ipod it looks in number order (001 - 114) on itunes. but when i unplug the ipod and look at it its in alphabetical order, which obviously doesnt help coz its needs to be in the correct order.
and all this after taking the time to re-name all the tracks with the correct numbers. :crying:All 114!!! alhamduliLLAH!:D

oh boy can anyone help? im doin it now so speedy replies would help :embar: hehe

Try changing the numbering system from 001/114 to 1/2/3 etc...

Did you change the name of the track or the sort name?

In any case, did you try just making a playlist? Make a new playlist, drag all the tracks into the playlist and sort them into the order you want (no need to rename them at all).

When you listen to the playlist on your iPod, it should be in exactly the same order.

well, what i did was do the 001, 002 thing, made a new playlist and also i right clicked and selected 'copy to play order' and alhamduliLLAH it worked! :hidban:
