why can't you post a picture in a post/ thread?

i tried to put one by usiny the icon (insert image )
but it didn't show up.

maybe you cant see it, because you havent checked the option to display images in your usercp.
Go on to your User CP, then Edit Options, scroll down to Thread Display Options and make sure the Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code) has been selected. Then Save Changes.
