In a famous book, 'Al-Fatawa Al-Hindiyah', is states taht it is permissible to give Qurbaani meat to non-Muslims.

The Qurbani meat should be divided in to 3 portions / parts:

a) THIRD to the poor and needy

b) THIRD to family, friends and relatives

c) THIRD to oneself, this portion may be eaten and may also be given to non-Muslims.

Do you know if there are any hadith/ sources from the Qur'an that would confirm it?

Shaquille brother - The rulings in the Fatwa are taken from sources such as the Holy Qur'an and Ahaadith.

Actually it is a valid question. Better ask a scholar than us.
