There are Ghair Madhab presentation available on islamway.com on how to pray and downloadable too in flash.
There are also written description of praying according to hanafi madhab online too.

Personally speaking, I find books impersonal. I think you should give them daily lessons. You should then make them pray with you. May :allah: make it easy for you love.

Give them the book 'The prophet's prayer described' by Shaikh Naasir-ud-deen Al-Albaani, very comprehensive description.

Have the person pray with you or go to the masjid as much as possible. I was teaching someone who converted 3 months ago how to pray. Here's what I did:
1) Have the person pray along side you. Even if they don't know the words, inshallah they will pick up the motions and understand how the rakats work.
2) If you can, say things outloud so they know what is said.
3) have the person read instructions every day. If they can't pray with you or in the masjid, they should look at the instructions while they pray.
I did the above and it took me.....3 months to learn how to pray correctly. Well, I had to do everything myself so it took longer. The convert I was teaching picked up in about 3 weeks.
