he was a fit and healthy boy who i watched playing with my child when he was even younger, then over a matter of months , he slowly became a "vegetable" literally, the doctors were never able to find out why, towards the end he couldnt walk, talk , eat or go to the toilet with help.

Innaa lillaahi wa innaa ilayhi Raaji’oon. Allaahumma ajurnee fi museebatee wakhluf lee khayran minhaa.
(Verily to Allah (Taa'la) we belong and unto Him is our return. O Allah (Taa'la), reward me for my calamity and compensate me with something better than it).
It's a difficult time, no doubt, for the parents, but, I hope they will observe patience.
In Tirmidhi there is a Hadith which states (I CANNOT REMEMBER THE MATN) that when a parent loses his / her child and they say Al Hamdu Lillaah and Innaa lillaahi wa inna ilayhi Raaji’oon, Allah Taa'la says, 'Erect for My slave a house in Jannah and call it the house of HAMD (praise).'

Wa-alaikum salaam sis, Inah Lilahi wa inah ilay hi rajioun! How very sad- his parents must be very distressed and saddened. InshaAllah may Allah (swt) grant them patience and re-unite them in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.,
May Allah grant him jannah and grant his parents and family sabr. Indeed to him we belong and to him we shall all return.
It breaks your heart to think of a family having to bury a child like that. :(
God bless them.
Inna lilahi wa inna illahi rajioon.
Subhanallah. He is in a much better place now.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji3oon. I know how his parents must be feeling.
When Ibrahim, the son of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) died, tears filled the eyes of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.), whereupon he said, "The eyes are tearful and the heart is anguished and we do not say anything but what pleases our Lord. Indeed we are grieved by your separation, O Ibrahim"
May he and his parents meet in Alfirdous.

What could be better for this child? For him there is no more suffering in this world no more pain from his illness, but only pleasure in jannah.
For his parents, as difficult as this must be for them, they must realise that he is now with Allah and happier than he could ever be.
May Allah grant his parents patience and understanding at this hard time and for the rest of their lives.

I imagine the pain from something like this would be so great that you wouldn't be able to breathe.
May God ease this family's pain and grant them peace.

It is stories like this that make me so thankful that Allah has blessed me with healthy children and grandchildren. I lost one son within an hour of being born and that was very hard. I cannot imagine what it would be like to raise a child for that long and then lose him to something so intangible. Insha allah he will grant the family sabr

That is despicable. Is there no way to get his passport revoked? It would serve him right if there was a way to do that because the guy is **** to do that and leave little kids behind wondering why their father has walked away from them. No problems...the sister will be in my duahs

unfortunately it is very difficult to get passports revoked once they are issued, unless the person has committed a criminal act like, murder, rape etc then u can usually ask for passports to be revoked

:salams,
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'oon. Ameen to all the adiyat, I would make a dua, but I know he well be in Jannah as he was innocent ^^. And:
Inaa lilaahi wa inaa ilayhi raaji'uun. :( I feel sorry for his parents, this must be really hard on them. But him, he will be in Jannah so that's a comforting thought.
But if they bear it with patience, their children will intercede for them in the Akhirah and take them to Jannah :') :
Also from the benefits of having children is that if they were to pass away whilst still children, they will intercede for their parents. This is authentically reported from the Prophet , who said: "There is no Muslim individual, male or female, who has three of his children pass away whilst they are young and he is patient with that, except that they will come and intercede for him on the Day of Judgment." So 'Umar asked, 'What about two [children]?' Upon this the Prophet said, "It is the same for two [children]." (Al-Bazzaar, al-Haakim. Sh. al-Albaanee mentions it in his book, Kitaabul-Janaa-iz)
As for the person who has one child who passes away and he is patient with this, seeking his reward from Allah , then he shall also find a great reward with Him. As in a hadeeth wherein it is reported that the Prophet used to sit down in his sitting place and his companions would sit in front of him to seek benefit and learn from him. From amongst them was a man who had a small boy; he used to come to the Prophet from behind his back by way of respect, then he used to sit in front of him and sit his son in front of the Prophet . The Prophet asked, "Do you love this child of yours?" The man replied, "Yes, and may Allah cause you to love him also." Then it happened that this child passed away, and the man was so sad that he used to refrain from coming to sit with the Prophet . So the Prophet asked his companions about this man saying, "Why is it that he no longer comes to my sitting place?" And this was from the Sunnah of the Prophet , that if he had people who would come to him and then stop coming, he would ask about their condition and their affairs. So the companions told him that the man's son had passed away and that he was sad because of that. So the Prophet went to meet this man and asked him, "What has happened to your son?" And the man told him that he had passed away. So the Prophet said, "Do you wish that your son could be here with you spending time with you, or do you prefer that your son would reach Paradise before you, waiting at the Doors of Paradise to open them for you?" So the man said, "O Messenger of Allah. I wish that my son would go forth before me and precede me to Paradise." So the Prophet said to him, "Verily, this is for you." So upon this, one of the companions said, "O Messenger of Allah, may I be sacrificed for your sake! Is this (reward) only for this man or is it for all of the people?" He said, "No, this reward is for all of the people (i.e. those who lose a child and are patient with their loss)." (Al-Haakim. Adh-Dhahabee declared it Saheeh as did Sh. Al-Albaanee)
Wassalam.
