Im after the opinion about the pram style...one is facing the pram pusher and one is facing the opposite direction.. I prefer the one that faces me...that way I can see what my baby is doing..but any pros/cons about EITHER style?
The read and green is not nice combination of colours! :vomit:
The other is a nicer colour, will be warmer, seems to have more storage and like you said, you can see your child (best part! :D) and vice-versa!

Sorry, I thought you were talking about those specific prams, not the styles.
With our kids, we found it really nice to be able to see the newborns/young babies as we pushed them. Where we live we drive a lot, so we got one of those carriers that you can move from the car base to the pram/stroller. If you are in and out of the car, this is almost a necessity in the first 6 months or so. The one we had attached so that we could see the baby in the carrier.
Once the child gets older (and can cry or raise his hand or say something when he/she needed something), we preferred the front facing because they generally fold more compactly.
At least that was our experience.

i think i like the idea of the pram facing towards me knowing if my baby is ok cz all they see when they are little is the floor and they get bored quickly... and when they start playing up u can always turn the chair around of they are facing the other side lolz

the first one... cz its nice and u get a baby seat with it as well i dont like the colour to be honest with u.
The first one is good because of the baby carrier with it, but i think the second one is better in terms of the colour, it seems like it's more cosy, it looks like a decent size, baby facing towards you...it's just more practical
and i agree with sis Nazias about the green and red!!!

prams where baby faces you are better inshaAllah for language development cause in early months its more important for them to see you than to see the world, plus mothers tend to talk to their babies in prams if they can see them - thus aiding language development inshaALlah
Go to a shop like Mothercare and check out the display models first to see how easy they are to use. I'm surprised that some people are more fixated on the style and colour than more important aspects such as:
1- If it comes with a car seat, does that car seat fit into your car?? Not all car seats are designed to fit well in all types of cars so it's worth checking that first
2- How easy is it to fold and manoevre? Some of these items have a billion stiff 'childproof' (reads 'adultproof') clips and hooks on them that when you want to pop out for 5 mins, you have to spend half an hour breaking your hands trying to open or fold the thing
3- How heavy is it? Would you need to lift it up to carry it indoors or onto a bus etc? If so, it would be worth investing in a lightweight one
4- How wide/narrow/compact is it? Would it fit comfortably through house/shop doorway?
I don't know which of those buggies shown in the first post would be best, but think it would be well worth visiting an outlet that sells these things to try out a display model and see how well it works.

the first one is the make Jane (e with an accent on it) - thats what my pushchair is, its very good mashaALlah. The car seat is very good for a newborn as it folds flat inshaAllah, but in the upright position it is less good as its too upright and a sleeping baby's head flops forward. I can't see from the picture if its the one that can be flat in the back seat as well as upright like a normal rear facing car seat.
I have however found it more convenient using the car seat which has nothing to do with the push chair, and taking Ruqayya out of the car seat and putting her in the pushchair. However the travel system we had in the UK, the good thing about the car seat is that it fitted on the pushchair chassis and made a pram for when she was small, which could be a carseat as well, but once she was sitting up and using it like a pushchair the carseat stayed in the car anyway, and is not as good as the ones that are only a car seat and stay permanently fitted in the car (or can be unfitted and refitting facing forwards when they're big enough)

The colours of the first one are not very nice...and the second one looks much more cosier and like everyone said, the baby's facing you, so its better, especially if its a newborn.
