Kool man

This is how i make my hit caramel krispie bars

4 big mars bars
1 bar of dairy milk or any choc bar
2 tbsp golden syrup
Butter (dont remember amount but roughly less than half a cup, too much makes them soggy)
Rice krispies

Melt mars, butter and dairy milk, add in golden syrup then chuck in the rice krispies, its a bit hard to get the mixture over all of them but the outcomes well tasty.. Lay out in a large tray then you just dump um in the fridge, after an hour cut em up into squares or whatever, keep em in the fridge so they stay good

Tada!

lol - she's just 17 months.... when she's seven or eight inshaAllah I might let her have that as a treat lol (though she'd also have to get over her dairy allergy which inshaAllah she will grow out of quickly!!)

I'm not totally mean, I did let her have a tiny crumb of dairy free dark chocolate twice... despite the miniscule size of the piece of chocolate, she still managed to smear it over her face, hands and top lol :p

That recipe will just be a treat for mum and dad for a long time yet inshaAllah

Hiyaaaa forgot to tell you guys, the choc bar is meant to be 250g (BIG) before i get any criticism on my recipe :p

Method of meltin chocolate, don’t do it over the gas, cut/break choc into pieces, place it in a bowl over boiling water, when its melted mix it with spoon or use a manual whisker, the final mixture will have to be pressed down into a tray due to the gooey, stiff nature and clingfilm tray or fridge taste will seep into it eeyak

I don’t know the amount of krispies, i do it roughly er actually i might make this tomorrow if i get the chance

Mixing in some dried cranberries to your treats will add anti-oxidants making them extra nutritious.
