Help a muslim back on track

Even though I was brought up a muslim, i didn't do muslim things-not bad things- outwardly i was considered a good muslim, but inside i wasn't. I have tried many a times to be a good muslim. but i don't know if it is because I am weak or what, i just stray. please help
