Allah knows best but I had a feeling she was using him for the excitment (don't know if that's the right word) associated with his name what with her wanting to write his life story and all. I could be wrong cos i didn't watch it from beginning.

The journalist was funny when she was asking him if he love Sheikh Usama and he was like yes, he is my father. And then she tried to be sly by going does he live in Afghanistan? I was like you are so silly lol.

The woman was just weird and seemed to be using him and he seemed quite like a broken man... it was kinda sad in the end.

He was like a kid who's lost without his parents and coz of the wife's age fills the gap for him... well that's what it seemed to me.

Ameen to the dua!

Allahu alam if the age has anything to do with it ukhti , just because a man marries an older woman doesnt mean he needs a mother, hes going to be more of a man than childish if he marries someone older, more like she is a woman who is willing to accept him for her husband where as no one else is and shes not a woman who will remind him of his place before Allah maybe its an easier way to forget .... the D & G hat said it all

He was so lost..And she just seemed to be such a control freak who was so interested in the publicity, was to some point obsessed by it. And him,he just seemed kinda, tired.

I know what you mean but I don't mean in general terms but I mean him specifically, he just seemed like a lost kid... thinking about it now: discussing who, what, how is of no benefit for us so Insha'allah, let's quit while we are ahead!

As you said, May Allah(swt) guide us all! Ameen!
