You mean for the children right? well what you could do to start first, in a small way... is that u can even do it in a house. Spread the word to other mums in the area and see how many are interested, and they can be taught in the house, then if you have enough people and think u can afford the costs of it, you can rent some time in a community centre or something like that to have better classrooms, bigger space...
Also u will need to find the teachers.. if there are some parents who can teach it works out good, because then they are all involved in the running of the school and have alot of envolvement, otherwise if your mainly a non arab community and parents cant teach, then u will need to find someones from outside. What is the level which u need, for beginners only? This shud be relatively easy to find insha Allah...
But yeah info were u are based will help us in making suggestions insha allah
and may allah giv u success in ur venture

I am in the north-west about half an hour from Manchester.
It is for kids, but there are no teachers, no venue nothing at all, do we have rights as muslims to ask for help in providing this for the kids, i ask because i see so many kids here don't know much arabic because they were born here and there parents are not educated

Do you think there is nething within manchester itself, so you could travel and go? if there was then 1/2 hour travel becomes worth it.. but its good to make a seperate one in ur community if u can insha allah. perhaps u can get teachers in manchester? if u ask around, maybe u can advertise in the enterances of masajid like put a small poster saying we are looking for teachers to start this school, and give the contact info and some background and perhaps people will contact u insha allah. there is a university in manchester which does arabic degree, so perhaps some muslim students from that course could teach the children, if the children are starting from scratch these students will be qualified enough if necessary.

Why don't you do it in your local mosque? I know a Yemeni girl who does it in the mosque once a week for children.

As for the advertisement, you can put a poster in the local mosque once the committe of the mosque has allowed you to use the mosque for this purpose. You can also advertise through the Islamic society in your local university? Is there one where you live?

I know it maybe hard to believe but the only Mosque we have
is owned by the Paki community its just a house really its not a
Mosque and they think its theirs so if anyone approches them
they get angry and think people are going to take over. honestly.
They do teach kids at that Mosque
to read but thats all the kids do they just read but don't
understand what their reading which is really a waste.
I'll try Manchester Uni. thanks Anna.

I wish i had the ability to do so Saudi Prince......

That is sad!! Do you have a spare room in the house that you can use for 3 hours in Sundays? Maybe your living room! There are physotherapists who work from home! And first of all do you think you have may students? Maybe if the number is good and their parents are willing to pay you can hire a room weekly. Or start from home and when the numbers is big enough then hire a place. Well, that's all I can think of at the moment. :)
