Why are there so many talks on this? Subhan'Allah, I mean it's good and all, but there is so much more important things to discuss out there. Like how muslims are falling into shirk without them knowing, and how they follow sheikhs blindly. This Ummah needs to wake up.

Great speakers! I can't wait. I never get tried of this topic. Its one my favourite topics to discuss. I mean come on...who doesn't love to hear about marriage. We all want to get married, so lets learn as much as we can before do it.

We get such a raw deal, instead of enjoying the time we're single we're forced to worry about getting married for the 10 years before we do get married, then spend the rest of our lives dealing with a marriage :p

its not a crap area, masha'allah a very good islamic shop has jus open der wiv the limited no of practising muslims in that part of north london,n the mosque is so beautifull masha'allah, so come along n everyone, insha allah will be beneficial, may allah reward al fitrah 4 the organisation, i tink its starting at 1.30, dont take my word for it....:D

Allaah azza wajjal is really testing us with this upcoming event, subhanAllaah and there is always much wisdom behind such trials and we must strive to be content with what has befallen and accept His decree for it has all be written down already and what He wishes, He does.

Im afraid the seminar will not be starting after dhuhr salaah, the timing has changed to 2:15pm (AFTER ASR SALAAH which is @ 2pm insha'Allah)

"So hold that which i have given you and be of the grateful" {7:144}

PLEASE EVERYONE WHO HAS READ THIS MESSAGE - PLEASE LET OTHERS KNOW - YOU WILL BE DOING ME A GREAT FAVOUR!!

Maybe not, however there are adaab in the ways which things can be said. I feel people overall (in general) are very quick to criticise and not thankful for what they have in front of them.

..insha'allah it will be a gr8 event, ...one word of advice 4 everyone who is cuming, the mosque is quite small, so make sure u get there early coz sooo many ppl sed their cumin asweel,, but other than that,it should go down ok insha allah!!!! :inlove::inlove::inlove:

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) described gheebah (backbiting) as being “Your mentioning about your brother something that he dislikes.” If the quality that is disliked is not actually present, then it is a lie, and both of them are haraam.

Muslim (2589) narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do you know what backbiting is?” They said: Allaah and His Messenger know best. He said: “When you say about your brother something that he dislikes.” They said: What if what I say about my brother is true? He said: “If it is true then you have backbitten about him and if it is not true then you have told a grave lie about him.”

MASHA'ALLAH THE TALK WAS SO BENEFICIAL, brother haytham tayeeb gave a very good lecture, i like how he said that wen u go out to look for a spouse, don't say 2urself that you're looking for another human being, say that you're looking for your missing piece, as Hawa was created from a piece of ADAM (AS) ..masha'allah i like wen he was saying how is wife sat for half an hour and made a list of i tink 50/100 good things he does but he didnt bcoz it wud have taken him longer,...ahhh..so sweet...:inlove:

Brother Murtaza Khan was masha allah really good, he spoke about following the sunnah and if we don't it willl lead us to the hell-fire, his talk was very serious and made u kinda reflect on reality.

A'Salaam...

Going to lectures regarding marriage...will help you get 'ready' for marriage especially when advises are given from experience. Of course you need to do all sorts of other readings and get advise form those that are married. If you strongly look back to the Quran and especially the sunnah and realise the importance of it - your bound to be!...because you want to fulfil this importance sunnah. Sometimes you many think your not ready for marriage - and u push it away because its scary to think about as it involves full time commitment. But most importantly you need to constantly get Allaah azza wajjal guidance on it - by prayin the abandoned prayer - Salaatul Isitkharah and then you CANNOT go wrong as you seeking His help and aid on this important matter.

(Once you are married if you constantly keep referring back to how our beloved Prophet (pbuh) dealt with all aspects of marriages then insha'Allaah the marriage will be a success.)

Sorry if i waffled....
