Ok .. Im at work .. i dont have speakers.
But i have headphones. I put the headphones into the socket where your meant to put them, went onto youtube. But you cant hear anything.
I think i do have a soundcard ... but why cant i hear anything.. :help: ...

is it on MUTE? they do that sometimes...

ok...then 2 more things u wanna check:
1) is the volume no it on low? check the sound settings and make sure it's on high (double click the speaker icon in system tray, next to clock).
2) check to see if u got it in the right jack. if the headphone jack don't work, try the audio OUT jack (sound OUT). if it doesn't work in the front jacks, try the ones in the back of the CPU.

1) Done. Still nothing :(.

yeah, many office computers by default will remove the connection from the front jacks so employees don't listen to music, or do other "fun" stuff....
they do that in school too
