Whats going on - for attention of admins please!!

Assalam alakium I'm trying to log on and i cannot view threads, make threads, my rep power gone, my avatar disappeared, all access has been denied, i can't private msg anyone someone private msged me saying my email was displaying and i could'nt hide it so posted @ the help desk and shortly after that i changed my email to something random then everything blocked off.
that is the user name im under im really sad now coz i dont know what happened thats why i've posted here the only way i can get help inshaAllah i had to put space because it wont let me use my own username

well i can post a reply now from my account but everything isnt looking normal the normal bar which goes across the page doesnt have half of the options i.e 'todays posts' isnt available i cant access a few threads i cannot make new threads i cannot post aatachments i cannot edit my posts i was able to start this thread only when i logged out ....

I've been trying to get help with my account for two days I have not heard from any moderator I would ask at helpdesk but I cant see it when i log on

we have checked ur account and its not in awaiting email confirmation so i dont know what the issue is

I'm guessing your banned/or atleast your account has been heavily restricted because your username "yasmin20" cannot be found on the memeberlist. .:Anna:. check the ban list, and what her primary usergroup is. If they are fine then check the following link for her account:

You can set it to default, but if the above suggestions haven't worked then you will probably have to manually set which forums she is allowed/not allowed to view provided in the link above.

Sis have you looked all the way at the bottom left hand corner where you have the image style chooser?.. It should be set to VBdefault if its set to 3.5 or any other your account will look all screwy.. :)
