Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullaah wa barakatuh
Alhumdulilaah we have managed with the grace of Allah swt and your generosity raised £250k. However we have just been told by the agent dealing with the purchase of this property, that unless we demonstrate we have funds to buy the property his clients will cancel their offer to us.
We need another £120k within 14 days, to reach the target.
The next step is we need to place the deposit before exchange of contracts can take place, but as you can imagine we don't want to place a deposit knowing we dont have the FULL funds in place.
The bottom line is if we don't come up with the funds in 14 days, the likelihood is that the seller may pull out and the property will go on to the market, leaving MASJID AS SUNNAH to be CLOSED DOWN! So, we ask you in this DESPERATE TIME to either donate, or if you are able to give the Masjid a loan, which will be paid back ASAP.
