Background to the Noble Shaykh, Ahmed al-Qadhî
He is one of the leading students of Shaykh ibn 'Uthaymîn. He studied with Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymîn for over 21 years in the house of the Shaykh until he (may Allâh have mercy on him) died [as opposed to many of the other students who studied in the masjid]. He was one of about only five students who studied in this way. He studied a number of books with him including al-Kâfî, and he has a specialisation in comparitive religion and fiqh. He was the head of the university in 'Unaizah for five years and taught there for eight years prior to this.
