Best way for a revert to find a woman is to get involved in your community. Join volunterr organizations and help them, help community leaders organize events and conferences, get to know people. When they find out you are not married and are wishing for a wife, they will help you find one.

Also, as you involve yourself in the community, you are more likely to be noticed by a girl or working close enough to them that they get to know you on more of a personal basis through direct volunteer dealings or mutual friends.

Your going to have to go to the eye-maam (imaam) and he will show you a book with photos of girls, then you choose the ones you want to view, then you meet her and her family with the imaam, then you you say yes or no...then you get married, you will wear necklaces of tinsel and paper money, and have rice thrown over both of you.
