Jinns, Magic and Fressmasons
Imam Anwar Awlaki discusses the origins of magic and how they were falsely attributed to Sulayman AS and also talks about jinn. A re-release, not a new lecture but extracted from his "stories of the prophets" series.

I heard while I was in Yemen he is free but Allahu a3lam. Ameen to the dua.
You can still listen to it even though tis not new, will refresh your memory and its pretty long as it is. Its like the walk through jannah if you remmeebr when that was released everyone got excited thikning it ws a new lecture from our shaykh but then they still listened through the whole tihng and benefitted from it because it was a nice reminder of old material which we may have forgotton.
Oh yea, and you can get more Imam Anwar Awlakis lectures here:

Just a small clarification Akhy the 'A Walk through Jannah' lecture was indeed a new release at the timed as it was previously unheard and not the same extract taken from his Akhirah series.
Na'am he did mention similar points in the Akhirah series also having just come back completing recording for that series (and naturally the subject of Heaven is mentioned in that) but those who pay attention to both portions of these lectures mentioning Jannah will note differences as the 'A Walk through Jannah' is not the same at all let alone as good a quality having been given by him live to the shabbab in a Masjid, also seen as it was said to the youth he mentions a few points relevant to them ie. Friday night and how some chose to party, etc. whilst they have come to Allah's house (if my memory serves me correctly).
Insha'allah go check.
Na'am, this however is a simple extract taken out from his Prophet (as) series from the life of Sulaiman (as) retitled.

Insha'allah soon some unreleased titles will be circulated of Imam Anwar (Hafidh'Allah) recorded quite some time back when he was free in the West (unheard by most)- make du'a for the Shaykh and his family please.

Ah jazak'Allahu khair akhee, my bad. It sounded the exact same to me, but I didnt check one against the other, I just listened to it and thought "I've heard this exact same thing before" or so I thought, so the mistake is from my bad memory, apologies.
Plus he delivered seperate parts of the other series' in different places for instance he did the hereafter portion of afterlife series at jimas 99 so thought it might have been the same case here but anwyays, the walk through jannah was a lovely reminder fro the shaykh as usual alhamdulilah.

I don't mind to stand corrected from time to time too insha'allah.

Barak'allahu Feek Akhy, no problem alhamdulillah.
Na'am the Akhirah short series was also done with JIMAS after the Hereafter full detailed series was recorded, the JIMAS one is more brief touching on the key events to come. He also did a short lecture on Abu Bakr (ra) whereby he simply highlighted some gems from his life after having recorded the full indepth Seerah of Abu Bakr (ra) life series.
So its not surprising that due to the similarities confusion may arise whereby some think they have heard the lectures already, etc.
Take care Akhy.
May Allah (swt) reward and protect Imam Anwar (Hafidh'Allah) and his family- Ameen.

No I took no offence whatsoever sister so don't worry, I know you meant it in jest as your not one to seek offence of your brothers and sisters on the forum masha'allah hence the 'lol' you added.
I am just annoying really, sometimes I should just let things pass rather than think I am somebody who knows anything if as though he is capable of correcting others when he can hardly correct himself.
why wont they leave me alone????
Maybe because its not nice being lonely so they feel sad for you? :(
