THE TEARS OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SA)
Suddenly, there was a person said salaam. "May I come in?" he asked. But Fatimah (RA) did not allow him to enter the room. "I'm sorry, my father is Ill," said Fatimah (RA) turning her body back and closing the door.
She went back to her father who had opened his eyes and asked Fatima, "Who was he, my daughter?”I don't know, my father. It was the first time for me to see him," Fatimah (RA) said gently. Then, Prophet Muhammad (SA) looked at his Daughter with a trembled look, as if he wanted to reminisce about every part of her daughter's face. "Know one thing! He is who erases the temporary Pleasure; he is who separates the companionship in the world. He is the Death angel," said Prophet Muhammad (SA).
Fatimah (RA) bore the bomb of her cry. The death angel came toward him; but Rasoolallah (SA) asked why Jibril did not come along with him. Then, Jibril was called. Jibril was ready in the sky to welcome the soul of Habiballah (SA) and the leader of the earth. "O Jibril, explain me about my rights in front of ALLAH?" Rasoolallah (SA) asked with a weak voice. "The doors of sky has opened, the angels are waiting for your soul. All jannats open widely waiting for you," Jibril said.
But, in fact, those all did not make Rasulallah (SA) relieve, his eyes were still full of worry. "You are not happy to hear this news?" asked Jibril. "Tell me about the destiny of my people in future?” "Don't worry, O Rasulallah . I heard ALLAH told me: 'I make jannat haram for every one, except the people of Muhammad (SA) are inside it," Jibril said.
It became closer and closer, the time for Malaekat Izrail to do his work. Slowly, Rasoolallah's (SA) soul was pulled. It was seemed that the body of Rasoolallah (SA) was full of sweat; the nerves of his neck became tight. "Jibril, how pain this sakaratul maut is!” Rasoolallah (SA) uttered a groan slowly. Fatimah (RA) closed her eyes,
Ali (RA) sat beside her bowed deeply and Jibril turned his face back. "Am I repugnant to you that you turn your face back O Jibril?" Rasoolallah (SA) asked to the Deliverer of Wahyu “Who is the one who could see the Habiballah (SA) In his sakaratul maut, " Jibril said. Not for a while, Rasoolallah (SA) uttered a groan because of unbearable pain. "O ALLAH, how greatest is this sakaratul maut. Give me all these pains, don't to my people. "The body of Rasoolallah (SA) became cold, his feet and chest did not move anymore. His lips vibrated as if he wanted to say something, Ali took his ear close to Rasoolallah "Uushiikum bis shalati, wa maa malakat aimanuku – take care the saalat and take care the weak people among you."
Outside the room, there were cries shouted each other, sahabah held eachother. Fatimah (RA) closed her face with her hands and, again, Ali (RA) took his ear close to Rasoolallah's (SA) mouth which became bluish.
"Ummatii, ummatii, ummatii?" – "Mypeople, my people, my people.”
And the life of the noble man ended. Could we love each other like him?
Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa baarikwa salim 'alaihi. How deep is Rasoolallah's (SA) love to us?
:crying: :crying: :crying: Subhan Allah. :crying: :crying: :crying:
May Almighty Allah guide all of us to the Right Path and give all of us the courage to accept the Truth in the light of Qur'an and Sunnah and to reject all things which are in contradiction to the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah. Ameen!
SubhanAllah :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

I got it as an e-mail.
I think it's mentioned in Hayatu-Sahabah not sure.
I'll ask my mother when she comes if she knows anything about it Insha Allah.

:salams,
:jkk: for the story ukhti. However, the end part, I don't know how authentic that is because of these ahadith:
"The last day of the Prophet's life:
'Aa'ishah, may Allaah be pleased with her, narrated: "It is from the bounties of Allaah (upon me) that the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam died in my house whilst laying in my lap with me holding him between my chest and neck… Abdur-Rahmaan Ibn Abu Bakr, may Allaah be pleased with him and his father, went in to see the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam and had in his hand a Siwaak (a wooden tooth-stick) while I was holding the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam in my lap. I noticed that the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam kept looking at the Siwaak so I asked him if he wanted it. He nodded so I took it and began using it, but it seemed very hard so I asked him if I should soften it for him. Again he nodded, so I did so. There was a bowl of water next to the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam which he kept dipping his hands in and then wiping them over his head. Whilst doing this, he sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam was saying: "Laa Ilaaha Illaa Allaah (there is nothing worthy of worship except Allaah), indeed death contains agony." Then he pointed upwards and kept saying: "Let me join the Highest Companions." until he sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam died and his hand dropped." (Bukhaari & Muslim).
'Aa'ishah, may Allaah be pleased with her, said: "I heard the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam say whilst he had his head on my chest (during his death-sickness): "O Allaah! Let me join the Highest Companions.""(Bukhaari & Muslim).
'Aa'ishah, may Allaah be pleased with her, said: "When the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam became extremely sick, he laid down on my lap, put his head on my thigh and lost consciousness, then, he woke up and said: "O Allah! Let me join the Highest Companions." (Bukhaari & Muslim)."

Though I believe the hadith there has the wrong translation of "O Allah! Let me join the Highest Companions" because I heard what is meant by it is that he :saw: wished to join Allah. In Which case it should be "O Allah! The highest companionship!" Is the usual translation of it (or something like that).

I think there are different stories or something but I ave heard a lot of times that the last things he said included advising us to pray and saying Umatti Umatti Umatti.

Yeah I realise that. However, if a person were to read this:
"Ummatii, ummatii, ummatii?" – "Mypeople, my people, my people.”
And the life of the noble man ended.
They would think they were really his :saw: last words, whereas it was as mentioned in the ahadith. So really, it's a bit deceptive.
What I mean is, perhaps the Rasul :saw: did say that a bit before his death but it wasn't JUST BEFORE his death. You see?
Wassalam.

Ahhh so confusing his last words were the shahadah, ummati, and the advice about salah and there are different opinions on which came first as far as I know.
The point of this thread was to realize how much the Prophet Muhammad (SA) loved us and cared about us and not to discuss how many different versions of the story we've heard.

His last words were as mentioned in the ahadith! The others would've obviously come before them, otherwise why would the Sahabah (RA) including the Mother of the Believers, Aisha (RA) say that he said those words before he died?! i.e. "OH ALLAH! Let me join the highest companionship!".
And I realise the point of the thread, :jkk: for that. HOWEVER, what you should realise is that if you have said something wrong which does not give the correct story of what exactly happened then that is misguidance or deception and you could be held accountable for that. Just trying to help you :(.

Ameen! Barakallahu feeki ukhti. The thread is fine, this is the only problem:
"Ummatii, ummatii, ummatii?" – "Mypeople, my people, my people.”
And the life of the noble man ended.
But if people read my posts inshaAllah it will no longer be a problem :p.

This ayat is enough to show the love of the Prophet :saw: for us:
9:128
(http://en.quran.nu/quran/sound/ayat/009/128.rm)Verily, there has come unto you a Messenger (Muhammad) from amongst yourselves (i.e. whom you know well). It grieves him that you should receive any injury or difficulty. He (Muhammad) is anxious over you (to be rightly guided, to repent to Allah, and beg Him to pardon and forgive your sins, in order that you may enter Paradise and be saved from the punishment of the Hell-fire), for the believers (he is) full of pity, kind, and merciful.
Yet there is so much more from the Quran and Sunnah to show his care for us. We can never love him :saw: as much as he :saw: loves us and he is a mercy to mankind from Allah.
Wassalam.
