Thunder and storms are shaking the sky
But I'm still sleeping
An orphan is sitting on the streets trying not to cry
but i'm still sleeping
two countries have decided to spark war
but i'm still sleeping
my health is deteriorating and my heart is sore
but i'm still sleeping
my family has left me and i'm all alone
but i'm still sleeping
opportunities fly by and ring goes the phone
but i'm still sleeping
the world is in chaos and there is no escape
but i'm still sleeping
my life keeps on playing the same deathly tape
but i'm still sleeping
I hear the door being knocked, I feel a tug at my soul
but i'm still sleeping
I know what is coming as the clock ticks it's toll
but i'm still sleeping
My breathing comes hard and my soul starts to squirm inside
now i'm awake
the the angel of death is right by my side
I'm wide awake
But I see that it's now too late to be awake
I've already finished leading a life so totally fake
my books have been closed, the pen's been lifted, the ink has dried
that's the end of the story of how I sadly died...
But I'm still sleeping
An orphan is sitting on the streets trying not to cry
but i'm still sleeping
two countries have decided to spark war
