Assalamo Alaikum WR WB.
If you are on your own there are a few things you can do:
1. Get permission from the hoteliers where you have booking for 2 days, to keep your luggae in their store. If they agree, go and do Ei'tiqaaf and spend the 9 nights in Haram.
2. Around the main area of Haram you will run into many "brokers" who will intercept you and ask whether you need room. Check with them what they have to offer. Usually these are Bangladeshis and the accommodation they offer is dilapidated old buildings at cheap rate.
3. Stay in Madinah..About a good 10 minutes walk from Haram and near the SAPTCO coach station there are plenty of hotels run by Pakistani and other asian chaps. Rent a room. AND do the following if you have stamina...
Put Ihram on and take one change of cloth and hop on the SAPTCO after Taraweeh and travel to Makkah.
Perform Umra and spend the whole day and the following night in Makkah.
Go back to Madinah and rest for a day.
Repeat the above.
Until you have Eid in Madinah.
After Eid the rate in Makkah comes down like a ton of bricks. Go and choose your digs there.
Think this one over. It will safe you lots of money.

bhai Ismail Simjee Thanks for good info, I wasn't looking for cheap cheap hotel.
Since you are the most knowledgeable and experience person in this matter,
I thought you will give me some hotels name 2* or 3* or may be like you said that Bangladeshis accommodation they offer is dilapidated old buildings at cheap rate. Would you please let me know rates of these places (I am looking?
$ 50 to $ 70 per knight). Do you think is possible or not? Please reply,
May ASWT BLESS YOU and your business.

OK, I stand corrected.
You will be in difficulty finding a space in hotels be that 2,3 or 4 star hotel especially in the neighbourhood of the Haram mainly because you are on your own and because you will be in Makkah during the last ten days.
The last ten days are charged for 10 days irrespective of whether you will stay all 10 or just a couple of days or whether you will not be using the room at all.
I suggest you speak to the following people who have groups in Saudia but not necessarily in Makkah.
1. Yusuf Hakin - Khadimul Hujjaj, Blackburn. 01254 699 618.
2. Nazir Hussain - Al Farah, Leicester. 0116 242 5786
3. Iqbal Bhaimia - Khidmah Tours, London. 020 7502 1975.
4. Syed Esa - Jannah Tours, Gloucester. 07903929354
5. Usman- yourtravelshop.com, Bolton. 07973891270
6. Gulam Husain Hassanji. Gloucester. 0788512111
If they have rooms, and I suspect they do except Iqbal, they may be willing to negotiate a deal with you InshaAllah.
You need to make contact quick because some of the above are preparing to leave for Jeddah in the next few days.
The hotels are: Manazil Abrar - 2 star. Ajyad..300 meters. G Hasanji
Rawabi Bustan 2 star. Misfillah. 200 meters. Khadimal Hujjaj.
Al Andalus. 2 star. 150 meters. Jannah Tours.
Grand Firdaus. 3 star. 75 meters. yourtravelshop.
Aziz Plaza. 200 meters. Al Farah / Khidmah Tours.
I wish you well and make Du'a that Allah-SWT-Helps you.
