My first harddrive was a 5MB Apple ProDrive when I was a kid. I was SO proud of it! :o

4 platters, non-removable. 1.25 MB each! If you needed more than 5MB, you had to buy another one.

Here is a pic from Google, believe it or not it's the device below the screen, on top of the Apple ///. :)

Don't worry, time flies. Some day you'll be my age talking about that old 2.4Ghz 64-bit non-quantum computer you had back in the "good old days."

I think it's in our other house. I'll have to dig it out of the basement and see if still powers up. :)

Oh, and bad news, that drive did not power up. I suppose no surprise there, after over 20 years. :o
