im trying to ut the english language on my phone (dont ask) but the foloowing message comes up on m phone when im trying to install it:

before installing one new language I must have installed this program: SEMCSEZPlatformIDwhere do i get this from? cant find it anywhere :rubeyes: please help cos i dont want to have to send my phone back :(

But using some logic..went to the sony erriccson site and found this..what was your phone again, I thin it was a p990i..

yeh just got of the phone with them, im dreading them asking me to send it back .

they say they have come across this error message b4 and will pass this to their tech team - it will be 3-5 working days b4 they can reply *sigh*
