1- breath deep...breeeeeeeeeeeeath
2- don't save any files on the partition you deleted the data from
3- is it FAT32 partition or NTFS partition? (right click on the partition in my computer and click "properties" to find out)

hmmmm i don't know about these things to be honest, can you do a system restore? :scratch:
or maybe there's a program to recover deleted files (there's a lot of results (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=recover+deleted+files) from google) but i haven't used any so i can't vouch for any of them.

^^ What Al Nasser is saying is go to my computer, right click your C: drive (if that's where you had the pictures stored on) and click it's properties.
If you don't know what he means by partitions that is.

well, it is little bit difficult to restore your deleted recycle bin. However, just go to yahoo answers then place your question there. Probably you may get best answer for your question. Go ahead and best of luck.

Firstly, do not save anything else until you got this problem sorted. Do not save anything else because it may overwrite your deleted photos which are STILL ON your hard drive, they have just been de-indexed. You just need to re-Index them by "undeleting" them.
Here is a free program:
http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/
FreeUndelete is a freeware data recovery program for deleted files.
In case of accidental deletion of files on a NTFS (used by default in Windows XP, 2000 and NT), FAT32 or FAT16 file systems FreeUndelete is the utility to help.
It is our pleasure to emphasize that FreeUndelete is free. There is no charge, direct or hidden, to download and use a fully functional copy of the program. The program does not install any spyware or adware along with it. It does not populate user's desktop with pop-up ads or forcefully subscribe user to mailing lists.
There are just a few things we ask FreeUndelete users to do:
Read the Proper Usage Techniques (http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/#properusage) section prior to downloading and using the program. This is important for avoiding further damage to the lost data;
Comment on the software and make feature requests at FreeUndelete Customer Support (http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/support.htm) page;
If happy with the utility, share the information about FreeUndelete with others, place a link to FreeUndelete home page, etc.
Proper Usage Techniques
A deleted file is essentially an area on disk designated as free and ready to accept data (such as contents of some other file). Luckily, unless the area has already been overwritten, it still holds the contents of the deleted file. Due to this fact it is possible to undelete files.
This fact also dictates the following procedure for using FreeUndelete:
Minimize (and whenever possible, stop) any activity on the disk you are going to undelete files from! Remember that writing to that disk can damage the contents of the deleted files. Examples of disastrous activity include: copying files to the disk, installing programs there or running programs that use the disk as their swap media.
Download (http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/download.htm) and install FreeUndelete. Whenever possible, save the setup executable and install the program to a disk that does not hold files you need to undelete.
Run and use FreeUndelete. Tip: It is common that the only drive user has is C: and this is also the drive from where files need to be undeleted. In that case a good solution is using a USB flash drive as FreeUndelete download and install destination.

I hope youve stopped using the computer. If not please do to prevent overwriting of those files.
Let me look for some free versions of data recovery software.

try this program,
http://www.recuva.com/
I don't have extensive use of it, but its worth a shot eh?
god willing you'll get what you want
Try to read some reviews here: http://recovery-review.com/flash-disk-recovery/ - there are a lot of photo recovery software reviews on that site.
This app helped me once:
http://recovery-review.com/flash-disk-recovery/diskinternals-flash-recovery-2-6.html
I suddenly formatted flash memory card with photos, and it restored all of them. It can work with HDD drives too, so you can try, anyway it can show you the photos it can recover even in shareware mode.
