OK, i'm assuming that swf file is a flash video file? You probably downloaded it from youtube and you want the song/nasheed whatever?
use a program called "super":
http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
It's free, no strings attached. You can extract the mp3/sound file from the swf file.
Herer is a guide I write for yoiu:
1. Specify the output folder, like the desktop or My Documents, otherwise your mp3 will be hidden away in the erightsoft folder.
2. Open up SUPER, and on the menu on the top-left which says "select the output container", open the list and choose "MP3 (Audio Only)", or whatever audio format you want to make it into.
3. Skip the section which says "select the output video codec" and on the section which says "select the output audio codec", it should say MP3, if not, choose MP3 from the list.
4. Now at the bottom, drag and drop the swf file into the grey box just below the message which says "DRAG A VALID MULTIMEDIA FILE HERE" and then press "Encode", wait a few seconds and it should then create an MP3 file in the specified destination you chose earlier in step 1.
addendum. If you want to toggle with the quality settings of the MP3, before you press "Encode", just go to the blue box in the middle and mess around with whatever bitrate quality you want.

there's a difference between a SWF and a FLV, you're talking about the latter, they come from youtube, the SWF are shockwave flash files, but i'll check if it can convert it anyhoo Insha Allah.
