say you have £100 pound in your pocket, or a mobile phone or anything else thats valuable.
what would you do if u misplaced it or lost it?
for sure many of us would search for it high and low, not feeling satisfied that it is lost and only stopping when either we find it, or we get tired for looking.
yet what if it was sumthing even more valuable? priceless..how much more time would we spend looking for it? how much more upset would we get if we couldnt find it?
yet what if it wasnt just one of these "priceless" things that we lost..what if it was tens and hundreds of them?
and the scary thing is, we HAVE lost many, and we even know where they are...yet we are just not looking for them.
what is it you may ask?
it is the sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad :saw:
from using the miswaak, to saying bismillah before every action, to the nawaafil salaah before and after the obligatory.
How many sunnah have we lost with every day that goes by???
