My god! I have to explain the whole thing?! :p
OK- i make the chicken at home (otherwise i go to Ethel bakery and buy the sandwich) :D
Anyway, small pieces of boneless chicken, little bit of oil- add in spices (salt, a little chilli, turmeric, black pepper) and just let it cook. It shoudl go quite crispy on the outside because youre not using alot of oil- tastes better this way :D

I prefer wholemeal brown bread for this particular s/w. Put mayo on both slices, cut the chicken into strips- layer it over one slice of mayoed breads.. add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and salad of choice and voila! Done :D
Im not one for spreads in sandwich, dont mind on toast.

That's similar to how I make small pieces of chicken. I put a bit of salt, chilli powder and black pepper and a spoon of yoghurt and then boil it in a bit of water until the water has disappeared, or you can fry it or grill it too if you have marinated it for a bit longer.

When we r out of Halal meat and haven't made it to the butcher yet... my husband enjoys this sandwhich...

You take a french baguette and slice it in half (length wise) then you put cream cheese on each side, pile in some brie cheese and finally a couple of slices of swiss.

There used to be this Halal deli by my house, made the BEST sandwhiches I have ever eaten in my life... Nadia's Place... OMG why did they have to shut down?!?! Used to have the BEST bread (crunchy on the outside, soft inside) and I would get inside turkey slices, they have the besttttt secret sauce and I dunno what else they put in there. Been craving it ever since...

Warm kebab, put the cheese on one slice of bread...put the kebab on top of the cheese so the cheese melts a bit..put the lettuce and cucumber on top and add the ketchup (or you can put the ketchup on the kebab then add the letuce and cucumber).

Cheddar cheese sliced
jar of pickle
salad

Spread pickle on one slice, mayo on the other, add the cheese and salad.

boil two eggs, peel, chop in a mug add salt, pepper & a little butter to taste spread on white sliced bread.

the good old tuna sarnie, can of tuna, spoon of mayo, add pepper mash & spread on brown rolls .

My dad actually made this one for me. He said he and his freinds used to eat them in Kuwait.

Hard boil a couple of eggs.
Once hard boiled. Chop them up. Add salt pepper.
Take a baquette and light toast it on both of the inner sides.
Spread some mayo on the bread, followed by the eggs.
Slice in half. Enjoy.

hmm dunno sort of tastes like mayo but more tart and not as creamy, like it has a touch of vinegar in it or something, supposed to be better for u than mayo which is pure oil whisked with eggs yolks so less colesterol, and its said to be not good to give little kids raw eggs because of salmonella risk but Allahu alam.
