There are contradictions here.

You say you issue umra visa, as per saudi embassy requirement, but there is no confirmation that you yourself has a contract with a Saudi company approved by Ministry of Haj and that your own license is as an external agent for that contractor. Therefore, you must be buying your umra visas from someone else. If so, why are you hiding that fact?

Secondly you are displaying Afta Tour, Road to Makkah and Haj & Umra Travel names. All three are independant and licensed agents. What interest have you in their service? Are you marketing their packages? If so why don't you say so.

You are also claiming to have staff in Saudi Arabia. Is that true? I am a licensed agent and have been providing service since past 15 years. I know of very few travel agents who can actually employ staff in Saudi Arabia.

Finally, you claim Dallah Taiyaba as 4 star hotel. I don't think it even qualifies as 3 star.

You calim Elaf Taiyaba and Movenpick to be 5 star hotels. Can you kindly provide the certifications from Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia to proof that these two hotels are indeed 5 star standard. Only Chamber of Commerce can grade hotels in Saudi Arabia and I know that both these hotels are 4 star.

I suggest you are being either naive, or think that the Ummah are naive or else you are over zealous in marketing other agent's package.

You may be conning the Ummah, and if so, fear Allah.

OK bro we might have made a mistake in not telling that we are buying visa from another agent, if this has caused any problems we are very sorry for them and we promise to you that it will not happen again insahallah.
Secondly we are not displaying anyone,s names or logo,s on our site the only thing that is there is our ad sense which are provided by google as you all are aware of them.
As far as the hotels are concerned we are not saying that these hotels are 4/5 star we have searched about them and there are few other agent who are also claiming that these are hotels are 4/5 star for example British hajis, Road to makkah and few more but apart from that if we had made any more mistake please let us know and we will rectify them insahallah so they don't happen again
