This post will come across graphic, but I think in order to be sincere and to the point its needed insha'Allah. bear with me.

Its been 1 and half weeks since I've had this problem and its causing me big concerns.

After I urinate, I get droplets of urine seeping out uncontrollably. It's only one or two droplets but its causing me real concern. I've tried googling as what the problem might be, but haven't found any decent article related to my problem.

When I'm 'done', I clean with water and dry with toilet paper. But say for example when I'm about to get up I feel a droplet coming. I know ablution is incomplete so I have to clean myself again. It could be a few minutes wait before I'm confident I can proceed with ablution.

Other times, some minutes later, I feel a droplet drop with my clothes on which renders wudhu invalid and I have to get changed into clean clothes.

It's a really big inconvenience as its affecting salaat, means I have to spend more time in the washroom, makes me paranoid etc.

Is there an Islamic ruling for this type of uncontrollable 'dripping'? Will the issue invalidate my prayer for example dhuhr salaat while at work? This only happens predominantly after I urinate. I can't seem to keep the excess in. Once I'm over that phase, I'm OK the rest of the time until its time to make wudhu again.

Haven't discussed the problem with my GP yet till I've got some background information which I'm looking to acquire.

I feel like not drinking. Is there something I could eat that will soak up the liquid in my body?

Jazakallahu Kahyr for reading.

THIS IS actually totally normal and a physiological fact for men:)

the urethra(tube)..still holds urine in men after weve done istinja..

using tissues absorbs some of it..

but it is actuallly sunnah to stand up or even leave..take a few steps then go back..and you will be properly relieved inshaallah

its absolutely the norm for all men:)

you can leave a tissue in as well if there is still leakage..

namaz will becounted with the tissue "inpants",even

subhanallah

Yep kinda normal.

ok here's a lesson on cleaning yourself.

After you relieve yourself, use your "down there muscle" or whatever it is called to push out all the liquid basically the same motion you use to actually urinate, then shake your thing to encourage all the liquid in your pipework to come out, then clean with water then tissue, then pull (like milking) to release anymore liquid left in the pipework, then get a dry tissue and check for leakage, then wash again if there is leakage.

You see you learn a lot from Jamaat

However, see your doctor too. It may be a symptom of illness.

Leakage:

1. After natural evacuation you may place a tissue in the lining of your undergarment to protect your clothing from becoming napaak. Later at namaaz time you can do your wudhu and remove the tissue paper.

2. The ulama have advised that one way of practically preventing napaaki is that when you have finished, you balance your weight more on one leg than another, lean slightly forward, and cough with a bit of force and then wash with water. This should cleanse the organ of the droplets. (This works best when you have a desi toilet, sometimes I think the western toilet is designed specifically to soil garments  )
