I kept meaning to and forgetting to subscribe :smack: but Alhumdulillah, I have now too and downloaded and saved the magazine to read! Looks really good! :up:

She talks about coming to Islam and when she begun covering etc and the feelings she went through! Alhumdulillah, very good for those who intend to wish to cover as she tackles a lot of the feelings/emotions one goes through!
I would highly recommend it to sisters! :coolsis:

It is sis :) I read it a couple of times before I reverted.. infact somewhere here I had a discussion about it with a bro who was explaining to me a bit about women in the masjid.
It's a very good book and one worth reading by anyone who wants to understand a bit more about what it means to be a female revert :)

I've read it :D...And i don't care what anyone else says about it being a 'girly book'...In my opinion, it is aimed at both males and females...It has alot of lessons behind it...And alot of solutions (not solutions but more like explanations :scratch) for what the muslims go through on a daily basis...Personally, the author has a very very good way of put her thoughts into words and it really hits home when it's read properly.
Does that make sense? :o

'From My Sisters Lips' is such a good book!! Im still in the middle of reading it but so far I love it!! :inlove:

It gives all these stories about how loads of sisters embraced Islam.. I love hearing those stories.. It refreshes the whole beauty of our religion :) (if that makes sense?)
