Does anyone have a phone number for Moti tours? I think they have an office in Leicester and Blackburn?

Edit - ignore that. I've found this - maybe you could try and see if it works?

Moti Tours is still owned by the same family and has been since it was established (Mr Anwar Moti and Family)
He has 2 offices in Leicester and trades under 3 different Names
Office On Hartington Road is where Anwar Moti, his son Nazir and his Daughter in Law Mezabin all work from
They also have an office on Melton Road (which is run by Brother Anwars son Rahim)
3 company names are :
Moti Hajj & Tours
Galaxy Travel
Home & Away Holidays
On Hartington Road, they operate on 2 fronts. Downstairs is for Holidays and flights and upstairs is specialising in Hajj & Umrah(which is run/co-ordinated by one of Anwar's long standing employees called Mohammed)
You may find though that you have to speak to Mohammed about hajj and umrah packages and he may refer you back downstairs to Mezabin/Nazir for flights. They are very trustworthy but I would recommend that you go in person if you are able to, if you need to sort anything out. Always best to deal face to face, although if you live far then please ensure you are on the case throughout until you get your tickets/visa. Moti is VERY BUSY and can get very oversubscribed
All I can say is that they have been around for many years. I went on Hajj with them in 2004 and also Umrah in Ramadhan 2004. They are pretty ok. they also do tours to Masjid Al Aqsa in addition to Umrah. My in laws also travel quite frequently through them. They print their own travel tickets and Moti is a MAIN agent so youhave a much better chance of getting tickets and visas through them
I can Also recommend Barket Travel (www.barket.co.uk) I went with them in April this year and they were fantastic in terms of service. Any problem, they did their best to sort out. If you want to enquire with them, speak to either Yusuf Bhai (the owner) or his daughter Sakina. Barket are also a MAIN agent and have also been established for many years. I highly recommend them too
If you do go for one of Motis "package" tours then he usually sticks groups in 3/4 star hotels in Madinah and 3 star in Makkah. You can pay that bit extra and have a different hotel but then you will be away from the main group (if you are going in Ramadhan/ Hajj time)
If you need any further advice, please do not hesitate to ask.

Ask for Allahrakhu Satia. We have been to Hajj and Umrah in Ramadhan with them and are inshallah going again soon. I recommend them to anyone. They are a little bit more expensive compared to the other groups but its well worth the money, as the service is excellent!
