And yea, I heard it was given by Abu Mujahid, who you might have seen at QM, so you know the quality of it masha'Allah. I was told it was just about the story of the sahaba [RH] and of the 4 khulafaah and how they strived for paradise, and then mixed with some wise word from Ibn Qayyim [RH] and other wise words, stir it with some general naseehsa for 20 mins and you got a nice reminder.
