you have not committed any sin just because someone fancies you from afar. At your age people often have crushes on people they have never even met, its just a phase. Best thing is to keep on keeping away from him, and keep on letting him know you are not interested any time he tries to talk to you. His "love" (infatuation) is highly unlikely to prevail (only Allah knows), given that its not based on who you are, but mere physical attraction. InshaAllah he'll move on from this crush very soon and leave you alone.

i agree with dhakiyya's advse ^^ and beware unfortuneatley some guys will tell u they love u and it's not true...the best way to be in a relationship with someone is through marriage

No you're not sinful if someone else likes you. You'd be sinful if you did blatant things to encourage his attraction such as blowing kisses/flirting etc but that doesn't appear to be the case here.

obsessive guys can be a problem if not treated properly, make sure you tell a male member of your family that some guy is bugging you and annoying you, and tell them to go and speak to the guy and tell him to stay away from you!
