Assalamu Alaikum,
I'm wondering do we make intentions solely for the sake of Allah when we do something for example:
I intent to do the gardening for Allah, or do you say that you wanted to do something for someone? I just want to make sure incase I do something I would regret :(

Well say you are doing the gardening to make your wife happy. It makes her happy and your relationship is good and you do this for the sake of Allah.
You are greatful and you want to show it.
If that makes sense.
:salams
u dont utter intentions like u dont stand in prayer n before u enter it with the takbeer say sumthing...intention is when u intend to do somthing..as in u intend to do somthing..like sleep so i can wake up for fajr..:)..the sleep inshallah is EBADAH..worship...its the differance between a mookmin n a muslim..everythig the mookmin does is worhsip.. dnt think i spelt mookmin right but lol, i dnt spell half the words i type right...
other thing cud be like , i eat so i sustain energy so i can stand in parer wid concentration...
another wud be i go to the gym as a form of traning ones body to struggle and strive for the sake of allah...
:) hope that helps

everything we do is for and also from allah
everything is also mixed with our own personal gain and show
only the purest do everything totally for allah..in other words ..disciplined to sainthood
the rest of us ..say bismillah in all halal things and try to refrain from sin and show
do what good you can in the world:) ..dont let shaitaans whispers and doubts stop you
go for all good halal things:)
