Im getting married... im getting weird thoughts and feelings...i dont know what i should do.

My husband to be is not practising. He will try his best hes said, but what if he doesnt? What am i suposed to do then? What he cant be bothered to pray? What if he backs away from keeping the sunnah beard? Is it going to be too late for me by then?

I have done istikhara and the result was me getting engaged to him. The time is so close now and im really confused after i was asked whether or not i would want my future children to be from him... I dont want to hurt my parents so i know i goto do it anyway whether i want to or not.

Please give me some du'as or wazifas because i so want this to work out and please pray for me. jazakallah.

do istikhara again and speak to ur parents about ur concerns and the person ur engaged to
if u think he's not going to be practising then dont get married to him, its not to late

Make lots of dua to Allah, you have done Istikharah and Allah will not let you down, Insha allah. Unless you have a really strong feeling/valid reason for which you really don't want to marry this guy...

dnt worry too much... its jus little thoughts that will come and go til ur married... insha'allah he will keep his promises... :)

Insha'allah if your husband is honest it will be easy to get him to practice. Encourage him to grow a sunnah beard by remnding him of our beloved prophet :saw: and remind him of how the beard makes him look like a real hansom man. As for salaat, simply pray salaat together in the same room, have him lead you and the family, you'll be getting up for Fajr so we will find it easy as well insha'allah :)

And ofcourse, do istikhara again and speak to your parents if you're still feeling unsure.

trust his words about changing inshallah and also if you should give him a chance inshallah, pray lots and i will pray too..
