Sister this is not good for your health neither for your life in general. I mean why waste time doing things that won't have that much benefits as it would have if you were to read the Quran for example, or maybe doing some islamic studies like learning ahadeeths and other islamic related things.

I am not saying you shouldn't be on Ummah, but it's just not wasting your time on things that are less important than other things. This is what the shaytan tries to do.

I can see where you would think that, but I learn alot by reading the posts here on Ummah. Some of the topics that are here I couldnt discuss with other Muslims face to face, so seeing the imput here on the forums is actually a blessing in disguise, in most cases anyway. I still read the Quran and study the Hadiths, but being on a forum like this can be more beneficial than one might think. Especially for those of us that are isolated and have no other Islamic contact at the moment.
